60 Day Limited Warranty Form

This form is required by Minnesota Law on all vehicles with 0 - 36,000 miles that are newer than 8 years old.  This is a 2-part carbonless form and comes 25 per pack.  

NOTE:  This form must be used in conjunction with the 60 Day Buyers Guide (Item #3)
